We respect your privacy. Information you enter here is used to show you health plan prices, help you compare plans, answer your questions, and assist with enrollment. It may be shared with HealthSherpa, insurance carriers, Marketplace-related services, and vendors needed to provide these services. We do not sell personal or health information.
What we collect
When you use our price tool, we collect your ZIP code, county, household size, each applicant's age, sex, and tobacco use, and your household income. This information is sent to HealthSherpa (our enrollment partner) to retrieve real plan prices, and again when you choose to continue to enrollment. We do not store it on our own servers.
How we use it
We use what you provide to show you real plan prices with your savings applied and to suggest plan types that may fit your needs. When you continue to enrollment, your information is passed securely to HealthSherpa, where the official application takes place.
Who we share it with
We share information with HealthSherpa for the purpose of showing plan prices and enrolling you in a health plan. HealthSherpa is a CMS-certified Enhanced Direct Enrollment entity and operates under federal privacy and security standards (45 CFR §155.220, 45 CFR §155.260). We do not sell your information to third parties.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure the website, remember preferences, and understand general website usage. We do not use information entered into the price tool for targeted advertising. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
