By using this website, you agree to provide accurate information and use the services only for lawful purposes. Quotes, savings estimates, provider information, prescription coverage, and plan details are not guaranteed and may change. Final eligibility, pricing, enrollment, and coverage are determined by the Marketplace and the insurance carrier. This website is operated by EasyEnroll Health and is not a government website, insurance carrier, or healthcare provider.

About our service

EasyEnroll Health is an independent insurance agency that helps consumers understand and enroll in health insurance plans available through the Health Insurance Marketplace (established by the Affordable Care Act, commonly called Obamacare). We are not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Healthcare.gov or any state-based exchange.

Prices are not guarantees

The prices and savings we show are based on real-time plan and rate data from HealthSherpa. Your actual savings and premium are confirmed at enrollment based on verified information you provide to HealthSherpa and the federal Marketplace. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes.

Enrollment through partners

Actual enrollment takes place on HealthSherpa, a CMS-certified Enhanced Direct Enrollment partner. By using our site, you understand that completing an application requires you to use HealthSherpa's platform, which is governed by its own Terms of Service.

Limitation of liability

Quotes, savings estimates, provider information, prescription coverage, and plan details are not guaranteed and may change. Final eligibility, pricing, enrollment, and coverage are determined by the Marketplace and the applicable insurance carrier. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyEnroll Health is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on any estimates or information provided here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state.
